We had an exceptionally high number of high quality applications; four companies were selected to take part in the program, see below. Congratulations to our winners! ‍

This Undivided Workshop program selected four winners to work with our mentors to hone their pitch to decision makers in the real estate and retail industries. These companies then had an opportunity to present their businesses in person to a global audience of industry professionals at the Yale Center Beijing.

Innovative installation solutions for occupiers to scale circularity and decarbonization

Invitation, accommodation and transportation for one team member to the Hang Lung Properties' Real Estate & Decarbonization Summit at the Yale Center Beijing on September 20th, 2024 to present to a global audience of investors, construction companies, and developers (note: participants organised own visas)

Direct exposure to large retail and office tenants

Hang Lung shared the winning solutions with selected office and retail tenants, including some tenants met in person at the Summit

Potential investment opportunity and proof of concept

Whilst this program does not guarantee investment or a PoC, getting in front of a large cross section of investors and industry executives may have opened many doors for your business

Mentorship and guidance

Mentorship and one on one access to senior executives in the real estate, investment, consultancy and retail industries
