This Undivided Workshop program will select three winners to work with our mentors to hone their pitch to decision makers in the real estate and retail industries. These companies will then have an opportunity to present their businesses in person to a global audience of industry professionals at the Yale Center Beijing.

Energy and decarbonization software solutions for occupiers

Circular and bio based material solutions

Innovative installation solutions for occupiers to scale circularity and decarbonization

Complimentary access to exclusive industry conference

Invitation, accommodation and transportation for one team member to the Hang Lung Properties' Real Estate & Decarbonization Summit at the Yale Center Beijing on September 20th, 2024 to present to a global audience of investors, construction companies, and developers (note: participants will have to organise own visas)

Direct exposure to large retail and office tenants

Hang Lung will share the winning solutions with selected office and retail tenants, including some tenants you may meet in person at the Summit

Potential investment opportunity and proof of concept

Whilst this program does not guarantee investment or a PoC, getting in front of a large cross section of investors and industry executives may open many doors for your business
